Overview

SCS provides services to a wide variety of public and private sector clients. We are currently involved in providing planning, engineering, quality assurance/control and program/construction management services on projects valued at more that $19 billion in construction.

SCS’s capabilities carry a program or project from inception to completion. Through planning, design, construction and move-in or start up, we focus on achieving the owner's goals for cost, schedule and quality. Combining seasoned personnel, specialized expertise and state-of-the-art management information systems, we have established a track record for successful project delivery. SCS finishes on schedule and within budget, whether it's a $10 million project or a multi billion dollar program.

What we do -  SCS continues to be involved in delivering some of the largest and most complex programs in the Western U.S.. In our typical role, we serve as the single point of responsibility, aligning the efforts of designers, contractors, and third parties to program goals and standards. We quickly integrate into your teams to help them move fast, stay focused, and seize new opportunities. And we employ proven systems and program/construction managers to control the many program elements and interfaces, and to nail down the uncertainties of large, complex programs. Some of the benefits associated with this enhanced control include reduced costs, improved schedule performance, improved quality, risk sharing, and staffing flexibility.

Our extensive experience conducting activities across multiple markets enables us to take a big-picture approach, apply best practices, and achieve unmatched efficiencies and synergies on your projects, serving you in more ways than ever before.
