K-12

SCS is a leading provider of program, project and construction management services for K-12 educational bond programs. In our educational practice, our scope of work ranges from program and construction management support for the Los Angeles Unified School District's $19 billion bond program to our staff's background in providing program, project, and construction management for some of the largest educational bond programs in California. Our team is well versed in all facets of bond management and we will work as a seamless part of your organization to ensure the end result meets your expectations, schedule and budget.

SCS continues to provide services on major K-12 educational facilities in California including work from the program to the project level using traditional program/construction management and multi-prime delivery methods. Our staff has worked with school districts from the earliest study and survey phase, through design, construction, close-out, and start-up and commissioning. Projects include small school buildings with classrooms, auditoriums, cafeterias, gyms, and administration offices, to multi-story complex science laboratories and high-tech computer facilities. We keep student learning first and foremost as the guiding principle in all the services that we perform to support education facility development. Our goal is to help school districts build quality, twenty-first century facilities that foster academic achievement

While there are no cookie cutter solutions, our staff’s extensive experience working with school districts, large and small, urban and suburban, give you our perspective, along with that of the other school districts we have served. Our experience will help you meet your challenges by creating progressive places for learning that are built around the needs of your students, teachers, staff and administration. Most importantly, we help build schools your community can be proud of.
